What are the MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL exercise classes?

MBR classes are highly focused, therapeutic follow along sessions that range from 30 – 60 minutes. In these MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL classes Jill Miller expertly guides you through movement, breathwork and rollouts to help you improve whole body mobility, strength, and nervous system resilience.
Each class helps you become more familiar with your body, and personal body blind spots, giving you the confidence to use the techniques and skills you learn to alleviate pain, reduce stress and avoid injury.

MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL classes are filled with the fundamentals of creativity, innovation and novel therapeutic approaches that help address mobility, pain, strength, down regulation and soft-tissue recovery. The results create a balancing of your body blind spots – areas of overuse, underuse or misuse.

Using Roll Model® Method and Yoga Tune Up® techniques as a foundation to strengthening, stretching and soft tissue prep, you’ll uncover these body blind spots, which are typically what lead to pain, imbalance and injury.

MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL classes are filled with the fundamentals of creativity, innovation and novel therapeutic approaches that help address mobility, pain, strength, down regulation and soft-tissue recovery. It’s really fun to curve around your contours and pitch maps to help you propriocept and discover new inner shapes and harmonics in your percussive triangle. Tune in and recompose the pose to expose your optimal performance of Triangle.

TOOLS USED IN CLASSES:

Many of the MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL classes do use props, such as the Roll Model® Therapy Balls, a strap, Yoga Blocks and a Yoga Mat.

If you don’t have these items Jill often suggests alternate, typically accessible household items that can be substituted – but it is best to have a full Class KIT on hand for long term use.

I gobble up everything breath-focused, anything with the word psoas or diaphragm in it, but top faves are: Tricks for Your Transversus, Twisted Breath (OMG!!! Incredible), The Nauli Class & Back Body Breath (Wowee – what a before and after!)

Helpful Hands & Fascia Fascial got me through the pandemic. Feet Fundamentals & Hoofin’ It; Ankles Away; Neck Renewal; IT Band Aid; and Kneerly Dearly bring healing and pain relief to both me and my clients.

Eyeball – It’s Time to Prime Your Eyes was so inspiring that it sent me like Alice in Wonderland down a rabbit hole remembering my late grandfather who was a famous eye surgeon and inspired me to create an 8-part series for my clients.

These classes are so unique, you won’t get this anywhere else.
